Over the years, Sam and I have had some very creative and fun seasonal dates together. There have been times when we had no money to spend and other seasons when childcare for the kids was not an option. Whether you are dating, married, or have a bunch of kids in tow these very creative and fun seasonal date ideas are worth a try!

Fall
- Go Apple Picking and Make Apple Butter OR Apple Pie
- Drive around and look at the leaves changing color while you talk.
- Bonfire with Smore’s
- Visit a Pumpkin Patch and Carve a Pumpkin
- Plan and Host a Friendsgiving
- Visit a Bookstore. Don’t forget Coffee and Dessert.
- Go to the Drive in Movies and Enjoy Popcorn.
- Go on A Day Trip to a Nearby Town
- Go to Appointments Together. Examples such as Eye Exams, DMV, Car Tag Office, etc.
Winter
- Grab a Coffee OR Hot Chocolate. Drive around and look at Christmas Lights.
- Turn on Christmas Music and Decorate the Tree.
- Go Christmas Shopping
- Make Homemade Holiday Gifts for Family.
- Bake and Decorate Christmas Cookies.
- Make Popcorn and Watch a Holiday Movie
- Declutter the House
- Dream and Set Goals for the New Year

Spring
- Visit Your Local DownTown
- Go Strawberry Picking and Make Strawberry Jam
- Paint and Decorate Your Bedroom OR another Room in the House Together

- Start Watching a New TV Show
- Visit a Local Attraction. Examples such as a Botanical Garden, Zoo, Museum, etc.
