Hello again summer! Last year I created a list of Kid Friendly Activities for Summer that I did with my children. This year I decided to ask my older kids (ages 8, 6, and 5) what are some things they want to do this summer. I am hoping to do one fun thing daily over the months of June, July, and August. Here is the list they, and my husband, came up with. 🙂

- Use the Microscope to look at the Moon + Stars
- Have a backyard bonfire and roast marshmallows. Then eat S’mores!
- Play at a Splash Pad OR Pool
- Prepare + Send a Care Package OR Card to Someone
- Have a Craft Day
- Stay in PJs + Have a Movie Day
- Build a Fort + Sleep in the Livingroom
- Make Homemade Ice Cream… Ice Cream was brought up numerous time 🙂
- Get Slushes from Sonic
- Feed the Ducks + Play at the PlayGround
- Go to the Zoo Atlanta
- Participate in The Good and The Beautiful Summer Reading Program OR the Local Library’s Summer Reading Program
- Have a Cousin Day
- Go to a Braves Baseball Game… Sam’s request!
- Visit the Georgia Aquarium

- Have a Girls’ Day with GMama… this is what the kids call my Mom. Olivia and I have a handful of Girls’ Days with her throughout the year with NO BOYS ALLOWED!

- The Good and The Beautiful 101 Summer Bucket List Activities… I added this to the kids’ list for some additional ideas. We will try to accomplish a few of these things as well.
