Successful Home Birth with Baby #1, Olivia

I wrote this post two years ago on Olivia’s birthday… Today my oldest turns 7 years old, what?! Time flies when you are having fun and adding lots of babies to your family with each passing year! In honor of her birthday, I want to share her birth story which also is my very first home birth. The experience was so wonderful I have gone on to have four more home births with all of our boys. Each home birth has been unique. Some even came with worrisome moments but because of our midwife’s knowledge and skill each home birth has been successful. Now let me take you down memory lane to my Successful Home Birth with Baby #1, our daughter Olivia…

Successful Home Birth with Baby #2, Wyatt

This post was written two years ago for Wyatt’s birthday… Today, five years ago I experienced my second successful home birth story with our first son, Wyatt. Today he is our oldest boy and leads the pack of three other boys that quickly followed! This has been my quickest labor and delivery at 4 hours start to finish out of all five of my home births. My other home births lasted 12 hours or longer. Read along to learn more about my Successful Home Birth with Baby #2.

Successful Home Birth with Baby #3, Luc

I wrote this particular post two years ago leading into Luc’s birthday… This week we celebrated another birthday in our family, with our third child turning four years old. While this was my third successful home birth, we did have a few moments of worry. This birth was considered traumatic as my son’s shoulder got stuck during delivery. Curious about my WORST home birth yet? Read along to hear more about my most painful yet Successful Home Birth with Baby #3, Lucchese.

Successful Home Birth with Baby #4, Asher

Another post written two years ago… With our fourth child just having celebrated his 3rd birthday I wanted to share yet another home birth story. This was by far my EASIEST home birth, and I would gladly repeat it again in a heartbeat! Interested to hear about my BEST home birth then keep reading for my Successful Home Birth with Baby #4, Asher.

Successful Home Birth with Baby #5, Anderson

I wrote this post two years ago… In the spring of 2023, we had a Successful Home Birth with Baby #5 and welcomed another boy to our growing family. With his first birthday right around the corner I wanted to share his home birth story. Enjoy reading along as I walk you through the events that led up to the birth of our fourth son, Anderson.

Successful Home Birth with Baby #6, Micah

This post was written one year ago soon after Micah’s birth… Over a month ago and we were able to experience yet another Successful Home Birth with Baby #6. In a previous post about my Successful Home Birth with Baby #4 I mentioned how that had been my easiest homebirth yet, however there is a new contender! My labor this time around was so calm and peaceful, and while delivery was intense it was fast. Please keep reading if you are interested to learn about my Successful Home Birth with Baby #6, Micah.

Curious if Baby #7 was another Home Birth?
