Back to school time is just around the corner. With that in mind, I wanted to share a great way to help Moms with the hustle and bustle of the back-to-school mornings. I took the Make Over Your Morning Course by Money Saving Mom Crystal Paine back at the beginning of the year, and wanted to share my thoughts and if this would be helpful for other Moms too.

Very Affordable for Make Over Your Morning Course
The Make Over Your Mornings Course is very affordable costing only $17. If you sign up for Money Saving Mom Crystal Paine’s email newsletters, then occasionally you will see her run sales during the year. Thus, making this course or her other digital products even cheaper.
Over the years I have purchased many books, courses, and digital products from Crystal Paine. She always makes things affordable in order to help women stay on budget.
Quick 15 Minute Lessons
Anyone can find 15 minutes in their day to invest in their future self. While these lessons are short, I would not recommend trying to complete them when your kids are around. I learned that lesson the hard way. While the lessons are short, they are packed with valuable information. Be sure to find a quiet spot so you can soak in all the knowledge.
Simple Actionable Steps
Over the 14-day course you are given simple actionable steps to complete each day. Some are as simple as picking a time each day to complete the lesson. Other steps may require more thought, such as making a list of your current priorities. By taking the time to think through your homework you will be better able to implement what you have learned.
IF Implemented You Will See Results
I am NOT a morning person as I LOVE to sleep in. When you have 5 kids ages 7 and under, sleeping in is not possible. Unless my husband has the day off and takes over the morning duties. By applying what I learned I was able to make our mornings less stressful. I also streamlined our routine, so it benefits everyone. Now moment of truth, I am a stay-at-home mom. We also home school. Most days we have nowhere to be so some may wonder what the point of us having a morning routine. Well for one I know what to expect for the day when I wake up. I am no longer frustrated when the day gets away from us. Or I haven’t completed the important tasks for the day.
I have also learned not to pack too much in my mornings as I need a minute to ease into the day. This helps me to be less irritable. Normally our morning consists of making breakfast. Cleaning our rooms or other chores that need to be done that specific day. Prepping anything for dinner. Getting dressed for the day and beginning our school day with Morning Time.
Easy to Include Your Spouse and Kids
Most morning my husband is up and out the door by 7:30a.m. which also happen to be the time the kids start to get up. While Sam doesn’t really benefit from making over our mornings, our kids do. Now they know when they wake up what the routine and plan is for the day. They no longer pepper me with numerous questions about what are we doing today? Can we watch TV? When are we doing schoolwork? I can remind them of the flow of our morning to get everyone back on track.
The Make Over Your Morning Course was a very helpful resource for me! I hope others can benefit from it as well with back to school right around the corner.
