During our move last month, I decided to track a few days and then share it on the Blog. When Sam found out I was going to keep a Moving Time Log he asked WHY? I told him you never know how things will unfold even if you do the best you can to plan ahead. Well, this week was a doozy! Keep reading to see what a Week in the Life… Moving Time Log with our Family of 8 ended up looking like.

Try to sleep. 9p-ish Get up and chat with Sam + Olivia When they get home. Get Olivia to bed. Read and go to sleep.
Tuesday (24 Hours Post Move)
I stopped tracking the Moving Time Log this day. There is SO much to do and I am tired! The kids are adjusting well and being wonderful helps as we get things settled.
Two Weeks Post Move Time Log Update
We LOVE the bigger space, and having a backyard to play in. At this point we are about 95% unpacked and getting back into the routine of Sam’s regular work schedule, homeschooling, and our typical daily flow. I can definitely tell my stress level has gone down now that the kids can run wild and play and we don’t have to worry about neighbors below us. I hope this Moving Time Log was as fun for you to read as it was for me to keep track of.
Have any Moving Tips to share?
Please share with us in the comments. I am always looking for ways to make this stressful activity run more smoothly for next time.
